The musical desire to study the unique work of Olivier Messiaen's "Quartet pour la fin du Temps" gave rise to the birth of this ensemble. However, soon thereafter this ensemble of less commonly combined instruments: violin, clarinet, cello and piano, began to devote itself to other interesting musical projects. These projects use two basic forms: monothematic, composed merely from compositions for the entire quartet, and a less difficult listening form, where different instrumental contents and stylistic composition is interchanged. Works by Messiaen, Dvořák, Martinů, Beethoven, Poulenc and Milhaud are amongst the ensemble's favorite compositions.
The ensemble is comprised of musicians, who bring with them many years of experience performing concerts in various countries around the world.
